1.Ready step | Customized 3D/2D drawings, start to do DFM & Inspection fixture estimation and tooling layout |
2.Negotiation | The quality, specification details confirm, delivery time, engineering schedule arrange, payment item and others details confirm |
3.Kick off | according to confirm plastic injection mold engineering, and start to cut steel for T1 leadtime |
4. Cut steel | EDM,EDW,CNC, Grinding, gun drilling and assembly fitting, |
5. Parting Line fitting | After finished all components molding, and will fit all in mold base, such as core and cavity, sliders& lifters, ejector pin and block, inserts and standards components. Insure all can assembly well to meet drawings design; |
6. Checking | Double check assemble details to make sure that every components can meet all specification. check cooling system with pressure drop; |
7.T0 testing | Testing in house to check whether the tooling, dry run about half an hour and short shot to check runner balance, also check PL step, ejector system, sliders and sensors etc can work well; |
8.T1 testing | Test the mold with client's in offical technique, do scientific injection molding test if require to. And try to make sure that good fit and stable injection molding processing for this mold. |
9. Part checking | check the part data with client's specification or 2D drawings. double confirm whether need fixture to assist inspection. |
10 Tooling measurement | double the tooling diamensions within part data, analysis to clear which is the key issue for the NG data |
11. Tooling modification | Modify the tooling to keep good quality for tooling |
12. T2 testing | T2 testing to confirm whether the issue had been okay now. ship good samples to client for engineering |
13. doublec check | check again the tooling & part data, submit DFM and engineering report for final approval |
14. 500 shots running | If client's require, run 500 shots and do PPAP for fianl tooling approval. Then ship to production. |
